Refund and Communication Policy

We’re committed to having your experience with us be enormously valuable. We aim to have our partnership be reliable, effortless, and mutually beneficial. So, you can count on us to do our part to ensure you get the experience you really want. We ask that in return, you do your part to let us know how we’re doing with that. In the event you are not 100% satisfied, here’s what you can do:

First, talk to us. We’ve found that communication is the key to successful partnership. If there’s something we’re doing that doesn’t work for you, we want to hear about it! That way, we’ll be able to take care of your concerns with the highest level of excellence and care you’ve come to expect from us.

Second, ask for a refund. All refund requests will be honored, and will be processed with speed, ease, and the deepest respect. Refunds for teleclasses and workshops will be given for the full amount paid. Refunds for coaching will be given for the remaining balance on the account. To keep the process simple and transparent, we use an hourly rate formula to calculate remaining balance.
